Immediate Resolutions at Redressal Camp Address Various Complaints
In a redressal camp held at both district and sub-divisional levels on Friday, a total of 96 complaints were addressed, with 45 resolved on the spot. Among these, the majority, 40 complaints, pertained to family ID cards.
At the camp, held in the Mini Secretariat auditorium, ADC Hitesh Kumar Meena presided over the hearing of issues. Out of the 85 complaints registered at the district level, 45 were immediately resolved. Additionally, 11 complaints were heard at the sub-divisional level, with instructions given for further action.
The ADC highlighted that the camp addressed complaints related to family ID cards, ration cards, Ayushman cards, social security pensions, MCG, and the police department. Immediate action was prioritized for the 40 complaints concerning family ID cards.
Jyoti Kumari, the sarpanch of Pathrehri village, reported ongoing power outages of four to five hours despite her village being part of the Jagmag Yojana. In response, the ADC instructed power distribution corporation officials to change the feeder.
The event saw the presence of City Magistrate Kunwar Aditya Vikram, OSD Preeti Rawat, Joint Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation Vijay Yadav, along with officials and employees from various departments.
